You have the right to cancel a donation within 30 days of the payment date. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our Donor Services through one of the following channels:

If you decide to cancel your donation, please provide details such as the donation amount, date of payment, and any other relevant information to facilitate the process. We appreciate your understanding that cancellation requests should be made within the specified timeframe.

Upon cancellation of a donation, a refund can be processed. To ensure a smooth refund process, kindly adhere to the following conditions:

• The original 80G receipt, issued at the time of donation, must be submitted to the organization for verification.
• In case of a lost 80G receipt, a declaration must be provided stating: "I have lost the donation receipt of Rs. ____________ with receipt number____. I hereby declare that I will not claim this donation amount for income tax exemption."

Upon successful processing of your donation, we will send you a receipt via post and/or email, based on your preferences. This receipt serves as documentation for your contribution.
